Generating Reports Process 


 

  1.      1. Go to https://gcs.access411.com/CAASS10/#/login in Google Chrome   

 

Username: (school number)-admin Password: (school number)caass   

 

            For Example: Username: 725-admin Password: 725caass

  1. 3. Here we can choose various options to make the reports we need. For this example, we will do Student Attendance for the day. Select “Attendance”.

  1. 5. Attendance by Day main menu. Below are drop downs that you can select to retrieve the date you are looking for in your reports. School Field will allow you to search up to one school at a time. The values for Base Attendance, and Students Cutting, Cuts Per Day there for you manipulate as you see fit. It is important to select the appropriate Start Month and Year to find the attendance data you are looking for. The Output File Type is a drop-down box to that allows the type of file you want the document to be when you click the Button “Print”.

6. Once the “Print” Button is pressed, you will receive one of the notifications below. These messages are based on whether there is data available in the requested month and school year. You must select a time that has data available to be processed.

Reports for Summer School or Learning Hubs 


Staff are tasked with making reports each day based on students' attendance that is recorded through the scan station. Below is the step-by-step process of generating a report.

  1. 2. Select Reports

  1. 3. Here we can choose diverse options to make the reports we need. For this example, we will do Student Attendance for the day. Select “ScanStation/Alerts.” 


 


  1. 4. Another drop-down menu will appear. Proceed to click on “Event Scan.” 


  


  1. 5. Once “Event Scan” is clicked, you are brought to the menu that will generate reports based on those students who scanned or were manually entered. First you want to select your school and the date. The most important options to select are “Event Scan Type” and “ScanStation.” You want “All Event Scan Types” and “All Scanstations” selected for the best data. When you are finished selecting the variables for the current day, click “Print” to see the dates Event Scan Report. 


 


  1. 6. Based on the selection from the Event Scan menu, the results will be displayed in a printable format like below 


 


Problems & Solutions 


Reports not showing after selecting HTML WEB option. 

Make sure to use reports in Google Chrome browser and to allow pop ups enabled for this website only.
