Students in GCS have a system email address and a second alias email address. It is very important to use the system email address when setting up the CrisisGo app for a student.


Examples of email addresses:

James Sumner with Student ID of 123456789

System email address is 123456789@stu.gcsn.com

Alias email address is sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com


To login to the CrisisGo App

 

1. Open the CrisisGo app.
2. Press Sign In With SSO.
3. Enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) and press Continue. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com.
4. The GCS login screen will display.
5. Re-enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) , enter your password, and press Sign In. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com.



If you have used the alias email to login to the CrisisGo App, follow these steps to change to the system email address.

 

1. Open the CrisisGo app.
2. Click the More icon at the bottom.  
3. Click Settings.  
4. Click the Sign Out bar at the bottom.
5. Reopen the CrisisGo app.
6. Press Sign In With SSO.
7. Enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) and press Continue. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com.
8. The GCS login screen will display.
9. Re-enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) , enter your password, and press Sign In. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com.
