Students in GCS have a system email address and a second alias email address. It is very important to use the system email address when setting up the CrisisGo app for a student.
Examples of email addresses:
James Sumner with Student ID of 123456789
System email address is 123456789@stu.gcsn.com
Alias email address is sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com
To login to the CrisisGo App

| 2. Press Sign In With SSO. | |
| 3. Enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) and press Continue. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com. | |
| 4. The GCS login screen will display. | |
| 5. Re-enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) , enter your password, and press Sign In. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com. |
If you have used the alias email to login to the CrisisGo App, follow these steps to change to the system email address.

| 2. Click the More icon at the bottom. | |
| 3. Click Settings. |

| 4. Click the Sign Out bar at the bottom. | |
| 5. Reopen the CrisisGo app. | |
| 6. Press Sign In With SSO. | |
| 7. Enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) and press Continue. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 123456789@stu.gcsnc.com NOT sumnerj6789@stu.gcsnc.com. | |
