How can I update the status of a student who has arrived at school or completed a paper form?

1. Go to the iPass dashboard at iPass Dashboard

2. Locate the student.

3. Click the paper icon under Action. 

4. Click Certification Information. 

5. Click Edit Status.



How can I update the Contact Information for a student?

Parent says only one of their students shows in CrisisGo App. How do I fix?

Most likely the other students do not have the parent email in the contact information. All students for the same parent must have the same contact information.
