The Safe2SpeakUp mobile app can be used by students to pre-certify and display their iPass.

Remove CrisisGo

If you have previously installed the CrisisGo app, you will switch to Safe2SpeakUp. Please uninstall the CrisisGo app.

Install the Safe2Speak Up App

Android

1. Open Google Play.
2. Search for "safe2speakup".
3. Press Install.
4. Open the Safe2SpeakUp app.
5. Allow Safe2SpeakUp to access photos, media, and files on your device.	This is only used to store your daily iPass.
6. Press Sign In With SSO.
7. Enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) and press Continue. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 12345678@stu.gcsnc.com NOT johnsona1234@stu.gcsnc.com.
8. The GCS login screen will display.
9. Re-enter your GCS email address, enter your password, and press Sign In.
10. Allow CrisisGo to access your device's location.	This is only used to locate you if you report an emergency (future use). You are not being tracked.
11. You are now set to use CrisisGo.

iOS

1. Open Apple Store..
2. Search for "safe2speakup".
3. Download app.
4. Open the Safe2SpeakUp app.
5. Allow Safe2SpeakUp to send notifications.
6. Press Sign In With SSO.
7 Enter your GCS email address (studentid@stu.gcsnc.com) and press Continue. Be sure to use the studentid version of your email 12345678@stu.gcsnc.com NOT johnsona1234@stu.gcsnc.com.
8. The GCS login screen will display.
9. Re-enter your GCS email address, enter your password, and press Sign In.
10. Allow CrisisGo to access your device's location.	This is only used to locate you if you report an emergency (future use). You are not being tracked.
11. You are now set to use CrisisGo.
