1. On the GCS website, visit Staff > Staff Links Technology Help

2. Click "Sign In", use your GCS username and password credentials.

3. Click on New Ticket.

4. Complete the required fields, then click Submit. Depending on the data submitted, the articles on the right side of the screen may help resolve the issue.

To view all articles, click the Solutions tab. 

To view service requests for a new device, charger, or equipment pickup request, click the Service Catalog tab. Requests in the forms or device request categories may require approval.
