Step 1) Complete "VPN Client Option" Service Request if staff member meets the following requirements:

  • The user does not have a desktop to connect to and uses any of the 3 websites below:
    • Classic Sharepoint for Purchase Orders and Requisitions

    • AS400
    • AG Database
If VPN Client access is not approved, an explanation and further instructions will be provided from Technology Services.

Step 2) Complete "VPN Remote Desktop Option" Service Request if staff member meets the following requirements:

  • This will require you to have two devices: 
    • A laptop or desktop that is used remotely. 

    • A desktop that is located on GCS premises. 


If VPN RDP access is not approved, an explanation and further instructions will be provided from Technology Services.
