Step 1) Look for a sticker on the device. It could say GEA (Guilford Education Alliance), TFF (Technology for the Future), Dreamworks or others.
Step 2) Call the number on the sticker for assistance. These devices do not belong to GCS and we are unable to provide technical support on non-GCS devices.
