How to Change Your Microsoft 365 / GCS Email Password
(These instructions are for users who want to change their Microsoft 365 password AND can currently login to their account at office.com/signin.)
Change your Microsoft 365 password to keep your GCS account secure.
On-Site Users ONLY
If you are on-site using a GCS networked computer, you can press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and you will get the option to change password.
On-Site and Off-Site Users
Using any device with internet connectivity, you can follow these steps to change your password.
1. Sign in to office.com/signin with your GCS email account (e.g. smithj@gcsnc.com)
2. Once you have signed in, click on Settings (gear icon at top right of screen)
3. Scroll down to Password – Change your password and follow the instructions.
